    I HAVE NEVER DRIVEN A RIG IMPARED...AFTER 12 DAYS OF VACATION I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD TO GO TEST.. I GOT POPPED AND swiftly:biggrin_2557: FAILED A COMPANY RANDOM UA..I MEAN RANDOM, AS I HAD PASSED 3 OF THEM FOR THIS OUTFIT IN THE PREVIOUS 42 DAYS....SPILT MILK, IM GUILTY....ID SPLIT 1/2 MY 3 DOLLAR CHECK WITH ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME GET
    GOING AGAIN.....:biggrin_2556:

    So this failed test makes 4 tests in 42 days? Is it normal to be tested that often?

    I wouldn't say normal but I would say the company obviously had their suspicions with this driver and on the 4th test it paid off for them. I've heard of companies testing drivers fresh off of vacation. If they're going to use its usually going to be while on vacation.

    I suppose that makes sense, and in this case it appears to have paid off for them. That does seem to border harassment.

    Its not like Im a Chronic offender...In 37 years the only hand cuffs ive seen were in my girlfriends moms room....I got caught and need help to find a job...

    You're going nowhere. You failed a drug test. Your problem. No fries. Onion rings. I'll have onion rings. You're in Oregon. You can go to that high class establishment in Oregon. Burgerville. Doesn't carry the stigma of McDonald's.

    You don't have to be a chronic offender. 1 time is all it takes. I'd love to smoke some pot but my CDL is worth more than the risk. Good luck finding a job driving. Going to be tough.
