What is your point and why was it directed at me?

    You seem angry...why?

If what you wrote is not for you then simply do not do it...others might like it.

He was giving an example to the latter part of your statement.

Actually he was asking if I'd be willing to do this and that as a water hauler...there's a disconnect between what I said and their water hauling rant.

No anger, just straight to the point. You stated that $300 is being made out there. So is $1000.

Maybe in ND. I work in the patch in CO hauling production water, the wages around here is around $17-$19/hr, there are some that pay by the load not sure what tho, but when you're tied up at the disposal for an hour or more at times You end up losing (if paid by the load). There is no way in hell anyone around here is making $1000 /day.

Agreed. Up here, more jobs are commission than hourly, which translates into hurried work and speedy driving. Those habits combined with ice driving do not end well for drivers. As I discuss elsewhere on this board, I do not encourage commission driving jobs.
