Stranding somebody like that because of a personality clash is not ok. Navajo hired her on. Navajo assigned her to the truck. Navajo sent her far away from home. Short of something criminal Navajo should get her home again. Navajo's actions reflect why so many people have a low opinion of trucking companies.

No we really don't Have no idea how a human being can stoop as low as this and still talk about it. You may not be a trainer but you were the other night, If I was Navajo which I am not nor will I ever be I would certainly fire the trainer TOO! This is below the bottom feeders would do to a trainee. No we really don't have any idea.

no driver, yall really don't have a clue. And just so you know the first trainer went up to bat for her while she called in sick for the second trainer! Yall have all the sympathy in the world but no knowledge on the acts she committed. And damage control? No I'm just laying down the facts.

Lay down the facts all that you wish, but lay them down without insulting other members and/or calling them names.

Maddy, I called her a man. Yes ma'am, I did. What I said to her is just because she straps false breasts on her chest does not make her a woman. And she IS a man. She has a #####, does "she" not? How horrible that I should point that out, altho I think Fred, the name she went by for 60 years before adopting a new name and wardrobe, is fully aware of that. Plus, she is a lesbian, and refused to let me close the curtains for privacy while changing. That jug of pee she keeps next to her seat was not something I should have had to put up with. So I didn't. What would DOT say about that?

Tyson? Never rode with him, never got the chance. Why bring that up? Grasping at straws, no?

And, I'm assuming this is Becky Mc, VP of this sterling operation, this did NOT happen at Arnold. I'm still on their payroll, Dollface. They experienced turnover while I was in the middle of training and I'm actually still waiting for a call back. Talk to Ben Smith, Dir. of Operations and the owner's son. He has nothing but good things to say about me, I just got lost in the shuffle, and I hope to continue working there. I'm their only Denver employee, and that contributed to confusion and communication issues. I have nothing bad to say about Arnold. I'm darn sure they wouldn't do to any trainee what Navajo did to me.

Let's talk about my use of profanity, shall we? after being told I was being dropped off in the middle of nowhere, you bet I made a fuss. You having never experienced this extreme duress, who are you to say that my use of profanity justifies your decision to leave me stranded, and before the Dept of Labor's phone call to you on my behalf, attempting to deny me access to my final pay by mailing the check to my home? My conversation with Becky VP had nothing but accusations on her side of how I screwed up by calling the cops, and the foul language I used against Brianna. You could not have cared less that she falsifies her logs, or that she and her hubby use a stolen handicap tag at truck stops because she never learned blindside backing, which she readily admitted to me before I ever got on her truck! I am a trainee that can drive a truck, and did so in the mountains, at night, in a snowstorm, and on icy roads for almost 10 hours my first day with the lovely and talented Brianna. When we pulled into a tiny truckstop--backtracking 5 miles from a nice Pilot because she wanted Taco Bell--she went psycho on me when she told me to back into a skinny parking space and I said I wasn't sure I could do it, having little training in blindside parking. She screamed at me, telling me that if I wouldn't do it, then I'd have to "get f... off [her] truck!" She's been a driver for two years, and now a "trainer", yet she was ordering me to do something she herself was incapable of doing. I got out of the driver's seat and told her I'd watch how she did it. She pulled the truck around and front-end parked next to the curb. I could have done that!!

Finally, Becky, your position that I acted unprofessionally by using profanity during the evening situation, denying that colorful language is ubiquitous in this industry doesn't even pass the laugh test. You and Bri acting like delicate little flowers and being highly offended by "vulgar" language IS laughable. Really? Is that all you got??? I asked you to deal with me on a simple human to human level and you refused because I said bad words?

You still cannot admit that whatever the reason, Navajo did and does hold responsibility for seeing that I am returned home safe and sound. There is no getting around it. After all, I did deliver that Amazon load safely right up until I was put off the truck. How would you feel if the same was done to your daughter? your sister? your mother? No, sorry, no excuse, Period.

As you well know I am aware of the laws, as in the earlier post, about what you can tell my future employers. Thank you for adding to this thread. Your apparent pretentiousness and ####y attitude is not going to sit well in the courtroom.

I agree driver I was wrong on that aspect and I do apologize for that. And that being said I'm just trying to express my opinion as well. I did get a little ridiculous, but if you were a woman and got called a man and many other hurtful things like she did to two of our experienced female trainers (one with 42 years experience) wouldn't you be just a bit irate yourself..? You gotta walk a mile in both directions..

    Ok Longbow_Trucker 09,

I do not care who you are. You A) Do not leave a trainee in the middle of nowhere regardless of what shes done. B) You take her/him to a terminal and fire him/her there if it warrants. Its called proper procedure. You evidently know about her, so you must be someone involved with Navajo as you claim to not be her trainer. Also, by the way you say things in a harsh way, you must not respect people as you think its okay to abandon people out in the wilderness for trying to do the right thing. How would you like it if this was someone you were related too??? Would you be this harsh on them like you are on PJ????

So, you now claim that you were in fact the trainer who got called a man, after denying that you were not a trainer?

Why should anyone believe what you post?

This is the facts, this trainee was left in the middle of no where and for this the company Navajo Express Inc. should pay greatly, You have the whole story, the whole story doesn't matter what matters is the fact that one human being put another one in a life threatening situation, The story before this doesn't matter nor does it make anything right or wrong, The fact is that Navajo should have never let this trainer train and thus is the fact, It doesn't matter, there are bottom feeders who would not even allow this, so why is Navajo doing it? I think Mr Digby needs to apologize to her and compensate her for her time and efforts, This is one human being putting another in peril.
