!have been in shop 7+ times ! While under warranty, dozer valve and nox sensor were replaced. Nox sensor multiple times. Trk is now out of warranty. Nov 13th we spent $3400 to replace it again along with both motor mounts. Less than 6000mi and in shop again for same thing. What we need to know is if it is reacurring problem while under warranty should we still have to pay? All this work has been done at freightliner dealers! This time after mechanics did another regen at shop they parked it in the lot and we noticed fluid leaking, apparently the regen caused coolant line to air compressor to fail, mechanic says it was probably worn out. The cost to fix just that is $401.00 our mileage now is 506000. Any help is appreciated.

I would do everything to make them cover it under warranty. They should don't you think? Freightliner should be used to it by now...........I'm guessing, you've got a DD15 or DD13 in it? The company I work for has about 6 new Cascadia's. All have less than 20k miles on them and all have been in the shop for emissions issues, some on several occasions. I don't have to tell you to get used to spending time in the shop because it sounds like you already are... Good luck.

I can't imagine any of this latest generation of truck engines is going to last very long. Hope I'm wrong, good luck with yours.
