    I not agree.
    when you use debit card you can be charged transaction fee, or you need keep $1000 on your account.
    credit cards accepted not everywhere cause seller pays transaction fee.
    If you drive into US - best thing to withdraw cash and exchange it in small exchange office
    for 1.06375 rate bank charge my credit card at 1.097263
    over 3%, but small exchange office change money for 1%

    Just watching the news and they said 90% of all transactions in Canada were made with plastic. 3rd highest usage in the world, behind Belgium and France.
