What tools and gear should you get to be prepared on the road?

    A good tow strap or log chain....in case you ever have to get pulled out of mud or pull started. A set of good bungees/rubber snubbers with hooks will come in handy if you have to strap something down on the outside of your rig. Also, if your engine requires it, a 2.5 gallon jug of DEF just in case. I've heard the bill is expensive if you ever run that stuff out.

    Also...spare glad hands and the rubber grommets for them. Never know when one will break or what the next trailer you pick up will be equipped with.

    if you run a lot of laredo make sure you have extra glad hand rubbers
