Interstates don't have to cross state lines. Like that ####### Interstate 99 in Pennsylvania that doesn't follow numbering convention!

Another one I can think of that doesn't follow the standard numbering.
    I84 UT, ID, OR

The other thing you mentioned is Interstates that don't cross statelines.

I don't think I've ever just point blank said this before. You aren't cut out for OTR. Get a local driving job.

I believe the OP is the alter-ego of the guy who posted last week about never sleeping and taking home time just to drive his car 2000 miles over the weekend.

For those who have forgotten the topic, it still is "How to exempt yourself from driving through certain states?".

The reason(s) are irrelevant and not industry specific. The provided list might be shy one (1) or two (2) states but nonetheless, the list remains. We will not currently step foot in those states (period). We have used the 'Thank you' button/icon to acknowledge those replies that were/are helpful. We will again read the replies from the beginning and provide additional thank you's for the helpful content.

Thank you all for your continued participation.

The simple answer is unless you're doing local or regional, you can't "exempt yourself."

    CDL-A Thanks this.

We provided a 'thank you' for your reply, but we're lost at what you're referring to when you say "You keep asking the question.", we recall only posting the question once.
