Stopped at this exit to get some McDs and found out it's a good stop because it has truck parking and a Wal-Mart within walking distance. It also has a Braums.

    Captain Call Thanks this.

Burgers, Iced cream AND TERRIBLE CHINESE MADE GOODS.
Sounds like heaven, where do I sign?

Kidding, There's a great spot down on exit 70 (I'm pretty sure, it's at-least the one with the Loves), which has a Wally world DC on the west side of 35, and across the street from it (North) there's a whole ton of parking on a dirt lot.
Believe the dirt lot is private property, but I've parked there several (dozen) times among many other drivers and never experienced an issue.
No facilities, but at-least you wont have to creatively log your hours, if you're in the area.

Edit- here's a link to a satellite shot of it.

    Thanks fir the tip CabWrecker.

Gitrdun, our next load was going to Miami but got cancelled. Heading to Chicago instead after we deliver in Dallas.

Chicago is home but would have preferred Miami. We were there two weeks ago. Weather was in the 70s. I went to use the restroom on the turnpike with my winter clothes on. Everyone was staring at me. Made me jealous. To them it's still summer. Lol.

Ohhh . It's still was 82 today. Think Wednesday next week drop for highs at 70 and lows in mid, high 50's at night. Nothing to drastic. It gets below 70 I get frostbitten. LOL Have a few close friends here from Chicago. NO WAY could I ever live in cold again. I prefer bikinis over Turtle necks to much. Not for me to wear personally. LOL To see woman in. had to make that clear cause I know where truck drivers can go with that message. LOL Glad ya'll busy and being safe. Hope ya'll have a wonderful and Happy Holidays.

Are you sure thats not exit 91 with mc d with the truck parking.straight across the street is Braums and the Walmart is like 300 yards down the road. The reason I ask is I live near here and I had to have a road service call at that very place. Just want to give fellow drivers the right exit. Thanks

Lol. Your probably right. My wife was the one who was driving. Thanks for clearing that up. She said they have signs advertising the truck parking before the exit.
