If I decide to go over the road trucking in a truck with a sleeper how much nap time can I expect to get in a day? I will need to sleep in till 9 AM and will want to park the truck at 4 PM with some nap time in between. Can this be accomplished? My current job is slave labor and I HAVE to work over 40 hours a week and am sick of it. I want a real job with lots of money and less hours. I hear trucking allows more time for rest. Is this true?

You'll make it.
They pretty much drive themselves - you can nap all day.
I can tell you've got the grit son, are you going to lease to CRE, Central, or do it the right way with CRST first?Jarhed1964 Thanks this. -
Maybe you should work part time at your local flying j. And nap on your days off too. You dont know a thing about this industry. Good luck.

Comedic awareness should probably be added to the DOT physical . . .
mickimause and Nightwind8830 Thank this. -
Consider a job working for your state MVA, or any gubernment job for that matter. It sounds like you will fit right in, probably make high level management in six months .
