It doesn't make me feel better or worse. Anyone with any sense is not going to cut their own throat. I'm sure you can figure it out, it's not rocket science. It just takes time and some costly mistakes to figure it out to where you can make money. Like I said, good luck!

quite a place for the newbees, I guess the general tone here is you either sink or swim. I myself am very new here and not sure if I want to even ask any questions to the senior members. You mention you started 4 months ago, how do you like it so far? where did you find your first shipper?
-
You say that like its a bad thing. If I owned a business, hell yeah I'd have people do the dirty work for me while I played golf. However I also understand it takes work to get there. Nothing wrong with doing research on a TRUCKING board. Lol isn't it apparent?
-
That's fine. It's very difficult to intimidate me. That's just not how I roll. I love sales and I love talking to people from all walks of life. My first shipper was a local lumber company who liked that I live really close to their facility. Lol
-
I already have one aside from my full time job. So yeah there goes your theory. LOL
-
The lanes I am paying the most for go to the brokers I trust the most. The ones who so a great job consistently...
-
Because I can't live off of it yet? I've only had it for a year. All I'm saying is that your theory on my capability of owning a successful business is unfounded. Do you frequent boards like this just to be annoying all the time or is this a recent past time of yours? lol
