Need Some help plzzz : can you plz tell if my record its clean ??

The ticket for the lane violation in California isn't that big of a deal although it isn't "minor" either. Couple it with a ticket for tailgating and those 2 are going to really set you back. Aggressive driving, reckless driving, dangerous driving, call it what you will. That is going to be a nasty black mark.

When you go to any orientation bring that from with you as u might need it some companies might not care others may. Guy aT Melton a few weeks ago in Alabama got his cdl but never renewed his medical card and on truck/trainer Thursday he license came back suspended. He was saying he lost his cdl (for failure to send in his dot physical card) and might possibly have to retake the tests and everything again so that dot physical is getting more important and like in NY they don't tell you to send it in every year or two years when u forget you go from class a to class d and have to start all over.

 

First off, slow down brother trucker, and read the signs. I read signs by habit, everyone of them. 2nd, did you pay those tickets? I pray you didn't. 3rd, you are required by law to be forth right about ALL violations/citations so, you can't hide those. Now, if you have a lawyer on the case, and they haven't went to court yet, you just tell your new company that. Once the court date comes and goes, you bring the court paper to your new company. If you are found guilty they can/will determine if you are good for the company at that point. If you paid the fine, your guilty. The citations will show up on your PSP and your DAC , no way around it.
