    Sounds to me that this company speaks with no forked tongue...Everytime I hear of a good company and I tell them I am from Florida, their is no job then...I will follow this post..:biggrin_25514:

    I'am an O/O from Amherst, Oh (near Cleveland) I have previous reefer experience. If Iam in youre hiring area, how do you pay O/O? % or mileage and how much? Im looking too move on from where Iam pulling step deck. Thank You.

    We are taking O/O's ! We get to Ohio every day. Columbus is better for getting home than Cleveland, but seeing how you're an Owner Op, deadheading home would be up to you. We pay 70% of the linehaul rate, 100% of truck fuel surcharge (we also have reefer fuel surcharge on some accounts, which we keep since we pay for reefer fuel), 100% unloading. Tchek fuel cards with $150 twice a week cash, more as needed. $40 per month for Qualcomm Elogs (required) $110 per month for plates. $125 per month Occ/Acc policy (Worken's Comp for O/O's) Paid on 15th & last day of month - direct deposit. 100% carrier transicold reefer units, Dane and Utility trailers - won't find better trailers, our shop is TOP NOTCH!!!!     So far this year, all of our O/O's combined have averaged $1.645 per loaded mile and 9.9165% DH (empty miles / total miles) and $1.482 for all dispatched miles (loaded & empty)

    Let's try something.... The next Pilot/Flying J you pass, look at the pump price, call your current company and ask what they are paying for fuel at that location, and then call me. We pass on our fuel discount to our O/O's.
