Good luck there driver. They have some good reports from drivers I've talked with. I will probably be running into you. Being that we all load the same freight from time to time.

How hard was the physical part of orientation? My flatbed experience is 6 or 7 years ago will they accept that?

If you show you still know your stuff, it's very minimal securement training, they just had me show them I could chain down a coil and that was it, they do have a few other chaining ideas that give ya to try. But most of the time is wAitin on the drug test to come back and for the guy in the monroe terminal to get done finding u a truck, if you get Millie as your recruiter give her a call after you take a look at the empty trucks in the yard and give her some truck numbers and they'll try and hook ya up

If you've been driving since that time, they will have you running local loads for a couple weeks..

They just have empty trucks sitting around? What was the condition of these trucks? Reason I'm asking is because they hire in my area and I'm considering a switch to flatbed. I know they are buying some new trucks but I'm more interested in what the new hires are being handed.

Overall what is your impression of the company so far?

    sgt50 Thanks this.

They are in decent condition. The really bad ones are aitting behind the shop being used for parts.. As a new hire, its likely you will get a 9200i, but a couple guys have gotten a prostar and a t660..

    Beau3210 Thanks this.
