    Shippers/Receivers only care that you have safety shoes/boots, composite or steel toe. Most mills want hardhat and safety glasses. If you have to wear a hardhat outside in cold temps, a balaclava and a watch hat on top of that will keep you warm, just adjust the hardhat to fit.
