I have an 07 Peterbilt 387, and the truck has an problem where the marker lights keep flashing On/Off. I heard a buzzing noise coming from the relay in the fuse box, and replaced the relay, and the new relay is making a buzzing sound as well and the lights are still flashing. I figured, maybe the light switch itself was bad, I replaced the switch in the dash, and the problem is still there. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks.

Usually a bad earth to the relay can cause this. Try and run a jumper earth to see if it goes away. I have seen the joints in peterbilt looms where individual earths come off break.
