I heard that there is an astounding number of accidents caused at accident scenes because of rubber neckers trying to take pictures while they are driving. Do you think you are acting in a professional manner by doing this?

I agree with you 100% driver that wouldn't be professional..Very dangerous, but I never took those pictures behind the wheel
I was in passenger on break and took the shots then edit photo/crop photo etc...
Looks like I was hanging out the window with one hand on the wheel and cam in the other hand lol

Haha ya, gotta love the 5 boroughs. And whatever you do, DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT "CASH" MEANS CASH AND EZ-PASS. My god what a nightmare....
