Somewhere you was getting cheated if that's the case you said Grossed 74000 that means you netted 55000 at most but wait 200000 miles at .38 /mile is 76000 at .37/m its 74000 so you ran a bunch for nothing and the extra pay was not paid at all. or the extra was really deducted from your check not added Hmm.

anyways realistically I started with a BS company straight out of school ran 4 four months then got s job with a carrier out of IL making .10 more than the .26 that the start company paid end of the year gross was about 32000 second year was spent with the second company(with a .02 raise) and a new one making the same just based closer to home grossed almost 50000. now I dang sure did not run 4000 miles a week like some clam I did a few as 1800 one week to 4200 a different I never ran the true numbers but I would bet the average was close to 2500 a week. and I was home most weekends

a lot depends on the company
lets take a figure of around .42/mile I know there are some that pay that and more.
4200 miles that 600 a day 7 days a week ( I know you can get more miles in in a day but taking off the load unload times fueling and breaks and such 600 day will be pretty close to a average daily plus if running to full potential you try not to go over 10 hours in a day )
    that 4200 * .42 =1764/week * 52 = 91728 in mileage pay that can be made
    30 per diem * 52 = 1560
another 2000-4000 in other pay give or take
    91728+1560+2000=95288 / 97288
just a rough figures on an average but I am sure some places pay more some places are real close to being only drop hook therefore able to average more miles per day so on and so forth

basically I would say IT is possible to make a six digit figure but highly unlikely as a company driver Just My thoughts I am sure I am wrong somewhere and someone will tell me all about it :)

Tsavory I'm not saying it can't be done but its impossible to LEGALLY run 600 miles a day 7 days a week 52 weeks per year. In order to keep it legal your average moving speed would have to be 70.58 mph and you could never make a stop for the entire year. Remember if you're running recap you can only work 8.5 hours a day 7 days a week otherwise it will eventually require a restart or some really short days. I know 4200 in a week is possible but it would require a restart at least on one end if not both ends. In order to do it with restarts 3600 would be an easier number which would be 600 six days a week. Yes you can run 700 6 days and still hit 4200 but assuming its a governed truck that's not happening more than once or twice

This Is possible depending on what lanes you run in and company aka Not governed truck mainly west to mid west 70 to 75 mph speed limits he ask the most and I feel that's a fairly close to the most as a company driver now you are talking about the average or most likely s a company driver and I will agree 100% with you there. 3000 to 3200 more likely hack as company I was 2500 2800 so hey but I know it not the most that can be done
I did run company driver and had several weeks at 4200 in a governed truck 34 off and gone again but those days are over with the new HOS rules.

edit Rethought what he said and
Sorry I stand corrected here he is right I was doing that back before they changed the rules back when you could split the sleeper as long as both had at least 2hrs it and added to ten it did not matter

yeah as a lease driver your pay goes up and you have take on the bills of the truck yeah 100k+ is possible after expenses as long as your not having a bunch or breakdowns or some major failure

Wow from swift I would have thought that more likely from JB Hunt As I thought Jb had the majority of the Walmart account LOL
But getting on an account as a swift or JB or any other is not the same as a Walmart driver BTW
