Companies that hire easily

I'm looking for a company that hires easily. I don't have any felonies or misdemeanors on my record. I do have two violations (one in 2005 and one in 2006). Violations are not a crime but they show up on my background check and I have court dispositions for them. I only have one moving violation in the past six years. I have no accidents on my record. My license was suspended twice for failure to appear and failure to pay fine. I got my CDL in febuary of this year. I passed the test in an automatic truck and latter I had some stick lessons. I never learned how to double clutch. My work history is not the best but I can provide references. I already have the DOT phisical card and it expires next year. I also have Hazmat, tank and doubles and triples endorsements. I live in New York City. I applied to Lisa and I'll fax them some stuff tommorow and wait on their background check. I feel good about it so far but who knows. Does anyone know of any companies that hire easily i.e. are not too strict on who they hire?
