Just got my free $10 for hitting 1400 gallons this month. I also get a email and can check via there app or online. Sounds like rookie mistake to me.

freightlinerman, thanks for the heads up about the problems with points and showers at P/FJ. As so many have noted they do have a problem with the card readers at the desk, so it would follow that they would also have a problem with the card reader on the pumps.
I'm with you in that I work for a company that allows us to "Fuel N Go", so I've never bothered getting a receipt. Perhaps I will start doing that, but frankly I like to make my fuel stops quickly and get out on the road as fast as possible.
Based on your posts I think I know which company you work for. Since you are just a month into it you may not yet know that you do have the option to bypass a fuel stop, then later ask for a "reopt" (reoptimization) of your fuel plan. Many's the time they ask me to fill up just before a delivery, when it makes no sense to be heavy and not know whether my next load will be heavy. Just a word to the wise. -
yep same here lepton, most of the time I do not enter the truck stop after getting fuel unless I need to pee, unlike some drivers who seem to think the fuel island is their place to take a break, go eat, shower etc....
I also agree about the fueling up before your next load, normally depending how much fuel I had I would either skip the fuel stop or just put in 50 gallons and then see what I get later on the dispatch or call in for reopt which normally is never an issue if your telling them you didnt get fuel due to a heavy load, I like to get the heavy load and scale before getting fuel. I know one time I did the fill up before a delivery then I got a really heavy purina load, I was overweight on the drives with nothing else to move and had to just burn off some fuel to get legal, since then i never filled up. -
