I just disagree with the "mostly" a starter company. I think there many that fit that description much better.

I guess I will never get the whole "starter company" comment. We were all starters at one time.

I totally agree I was not that long ago but I guess what you get at those places are lots of messages on the QUALCOMM and lots of babysitting. When your at a place that isn't a starter its more laid back and they truck you to do the job and leave you alone

I have done a ton of research on deBoer and I feel like going from USA to deBoer would be a step up. Go check out their facebook page. I friended a few people on there and talked to them also.

Big-M Transportation is mostly East Coast but beautiful trucks to drive.

Yeah Big M is hiring too. They have an ad on craigslist here in Mobile, Al. Their pay scale is interesting but a new driver could get to .40 a mile in a few months.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Know anything about Dolphin Line in Mobile?

Read something about M. Bjorn Peterson Transportation hiring for West Coast runs. Some driver posted on here he was hired out of CDL school.

Dolphin line is a decent company. .34 a mile but they will run the crap out of you. Worked there about 6 months one time. Good equipment. Home on weekends most of the time.
