Is it still ABF? It is here in Sacramento, CA but I'm unsure if this is still ABF or just an off branch company?

It's not a division it's ABF. The city guys do the UPACK along with the LTL. Not another company, not an off branch not another division. It's ABF.

yup it's a ABF employee not a sheep in wolfs clothes. not another division. it still goes on the dock as outbound/ inbound freight.
