    Hey. Quick question. Does all after market stereo s have that rubber mount plug in the back of unit that goes into the hole to hold stereo in back

    The plug is a rubber grommet that fits over the mounting stud that screws into the back of the head unit. I was able to put a Blaupunkt in a 2006 Columbia with no issue.
