How to obtain a CDL C without going to a school if at all possible?

    CDL-C just puts you in a Sprinter, though. Right? I would think since you're already putting in the time and don't want a Class-A, go for the Class B. At least then, you can take the straight trucks with air brakes. That will open up your hiring chances a little bit more.

    I agree with Criminey Jade, if your going to take the time to get a CDL, get the class A, eventually you will want to drive something bigger than a van...
