    How bad is the company really ? I was at swift then left for training pay issue. But western is willing to hire me can i get the 411 on them if you guys have anything about them i want pros and cons here guys.

    Considering how much they advertise they seem to have the same, if not more, driver churn then Swift does. Course that could be due to Swift having a pretty extensive driving training program too. Either way you could do better if you are willing to spend some time actually scouting companies instead of doing like most people who post the "I HATE XXX" threads in the bad trucking company forums and go with the first company that replies to your e-mails.

    Yeah i got 2 non cdl speed tickets so im limited they will be up tho in August . I mean swift was fine while i was at there school then everything changed once i graduated from there

    With those speeding tickets, you better stick with Western Express until August. The only other company that might consider you is Paschall Truck Lines, but that's iffy.

    A driver I talk to all the time at my current place of employ
    Worked at western for 6 months before coming over to
    Here. He has told me that he was on the regional account and his DM had 100 drivers on her board. Said it was impossible to get her on the phone. it is the reason he
    Left!
