Hey guys im currently working for halliburton in odessa but im barley getting 90 hours a week and well at 14/hr my checks are..............alright....are there any other companies in texas hiring for new cdl/oilfield drivers at a higher rate?

They keep saying it will pick up but i will believe it when i see it...they are currently contracting all our cement bin runs out to 3rd party companies and hardly have work for the actual workers unless youre on a crew.

90 hours is above the 70 hours my husband averaged. But that is quite low pay I think most people start new at 17/hr in TX. My husband started that and raised to 17.50 after. I also heard with a good year exp you can get 19-22 hr but is different with every company.
