I gave my DMV my UPS store box when I was setting up my CDL in FL. The lady typed it into her computer, waited a minute, looked up and said, "That is a mail cache facility, we can't accept that. You must provide a real physical address."

So, I bought some land that had a community mail box for it. I had my electricity hooked up and that bill sent to my land address as well as my car insurance sent to it, for my two required proofs of residence (they wouldn't accept a copy of my land deed, because there was no street address on it). I then shut off the electricity after getting my license and had all mail but my car insurance going to the UPS store box. No problem until last December when all the junk mail was flooding my community mail box(it's small), the USPS would return all of the mail when my box got full, and the insurance company called me, saying my annual bill they had sent was returned. I called the USPS, and they said they could hold my mail for a fee, but could not stop delivery all that junk mail. So, I had the insurance address changed to my UPS store box. In 5 years, I'll have to renew my CDL. Then I'll turn the electricity back on, and have my insurance company mail me a statement to my home address. Luckily, I renew in summer, so maybe the junk mail won't flush it back.

I have no problems at all with the service I get from UPS Store. They hold my overflow mail for free. The PO Box I had in the past, I had to upgrade to the biggest box(pricey), and it too would overflow with junk mail. The USPS only cares about junk mail. They could care less about the integrity of you receiving first class mail. You don't get junk mail flyers and sales papers at a UPS Store box. I hope my USPS mail driver has fun bouncing my junk mail around. I don't bother to even check it.

Now if I could only keep the jury duty nazis off my back, I'd be in the clear. Some people just don't understand that some of us don't come home everyday.

I solved the jury duty problem. Didn't register to vote in El Paso when I moved there. Have not received one jury duty notice.
