I'm not saying it impossible but I have 6 apartment application that I got to look at and all of them say they will check your credit.now I have no ideal how good it has to be. Just be careful and don't accept a dump for a place to live because your credit is bad. Might be like buying a vehicle they will accept a co signer. And another thing to look atis some if not all employers check your credit as well. I signed a form to allow the company to check mine now weather they did or not I don't know.that's about all the info I know adout that.

It will make finding an apartment harder, as the landlord does not want to take the risk of NOT getting paid.

I know one thing for sure. As soon as they find out you drive for an oil hauling company the price goes up. My apt complex is charging me $42 month for water. My co workers ask if I have my own private pool because homeowners don't pay that much.

Then you should consider the 100% down plan.

You can make the same wages as Midland in San Antonio and pay WAY less in San Antonio area. If you live directly in the small towns like Kenedy or Pleasonton you will pay a lot but I don't know why anyone would wanna live there J/k. Also if SA is just too big city there are a lot of nice smaller towns surrounding it so if you really look you can avoid the hard traffic.

This really benefits people who choose to have a life and do more things on their time off or the little time off they get.

I stayed in san angelo 2 months nice town, stay away from north side as far as living quarters. the west and south have plenty of housing between 5 and 600 a month. there is several companies on highway 67 south looking for drivers in barnhardt, several more on highway 87 north just out of san angelo. there is a lot of work there or close by.

I forgot to tell you that the cost of living in san angelo is not that bad. I could not belive that with there population they only have 2 major places to buy groceries [wal mart and hebs] but overall prices are around the same as here. if your looking for driving job a place on 87 north called sprint energy I was told was paying top money in that area $21 a hour. if you are going north they are on the right side on the service road about a mile after you leave town limits.
