    Anybody know how long you have to work for Schneider to be 100% vested in the 401K?

    I've read three for full vestment with company match. This was under the SNI rules portion of the WF site IIRC. Your money is fully vested once you begin. Also they are starting to offer a Roth 401K as well. Supposed to start this year sometime. Cant remember where I read that part of the deal though.

    Donnie, its found through crossroads , the US Benefits Portal link on the right column of links . Click the driver associates tab.Then you have to go into other benefits tab to find it.

    I have looked in there before but could never find how long you had to work to be vested. I'll have to look again when I get to an OC, I can't get chrome to work right on my laptop

    Its There I just checked it. It says vested at 3 yrs. I will be hitting the 3 yr mark in a few weeks. So a nice bonus headed my way.

    I saw that the other day as well. The confusing part says you are eligible to receive the company match after 3 months then about 4 notes down says the 3 year thing

    I think that's means at 3 months they will start to match but no vestment til year 3.

    Make sure you are contributing at least 6 percent. They match the 6 percent nothing more. Percent 1-4 they match .50 per dollar, percent 5 and 6 they match dollar for dollar. Up to a maximum of 2500 per year.
