OSHA orders New Prime Inc. to pay 'blacklisted' driver more than $100,000
The U.S. Department of Labors Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ordered a Missouri-based trucking company to pay a former driver more than $100,000 after determining the company violated anti-retaliatory provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act.

Goes to show just how evil companies are.Many drivers right now can't find work because of lies companies put on their DACS.Dac reports should be abolished.

Let's also not forget that there is an attorney involved, who makes his living suing carriers. Just how much of the pie do you suppose will be left once that leach get's done with it?

you guys knock Hire right and Dac but because of them we have caught many a driver that has failed a drug test and never bothered to put it on an app and then when it pops up on dac they say they forgot to list it. and as for accidents on there they are also including incidents, so such things ast scrapping a pole in a truck and not having to call the police but you call in is still a reported incident. also Hire right/Dac only report what the company gives them, that is why prime could be in trouble, you notice hire right did not get fined cause all they do is report what is told to them by a company
