Starting orientation at carroll fulmer jan 2014anybody know about them.

Greg told me .32 to start and .36 after 90 days.
I said no.

I was told 0.36 is what i would start out at.If i would have said yes,then found out it was only going to be 0.32cpm.To keep it simple,would not have been good for anybody.

Welcome to CF hope you enjoy your stay. Are you doing OTR? It is so much better than JBS I think you will be happy.

 

How much is stress and aggravation worth with this company there is none. and also about a month ago hubby was sent a bonus check, a gift card for 50.00 from Loves and a Visa gift card just for a picnic he could not attend where they handed out bonus to ALL employess for the years profit never heard of any company sharing their profits. Just a little bit of respect goes a long way and this coming gives it out to everyone Hubby is very happy here happier then he has ever been anywhere else so don't knock what you don't know.

 

I have a crappy dispatcher so that's kinda stressful lol. Ive confirmed it with other drivers that have had the same dispatcher but I still get miles so its all good. Since October 25th to today I have put 26k-27k miles on the truck. I am going to get my hazmat and try like hell to get on the home depot regional account whatever it is. I think ill be happy as hell if I can get on that. Only bad thing I think is insurance is way high but the rest is pretty good in my opinion so far.

 

For the hazmat the practice tests on here are real close to what DMV gives you Hubby loves the home depot was home by 4 yesterday afternoon and yes the insurance is a little high that was the one good thing about JBS was their ins. but our government is really making it hard on everyone.

I would like to say Carroll fulmer Logistics is a dirty company. Family huh? What they don't say is that they are a DYSFUNCTIONAL family! They will have you running up and down toll roads and they have no E-Z pass. You are supposed to request a com check and when you do, it takes dispatch HOURS to respond. And we don't have that kind of time to WASTE! Then when you quit because your just tired of running the toll booths , they take $50.00 out of your pay check for the "HANDBOOK" you got in orientation (value $2-3 dollars) then they take out $25.00 for the "BADGE" you get in orientation (value .10 cents) then they will try to take $10.00 from you for a camera that they don't give out anymore. They will try to have you do local work running around Florida even though you are an OTR driver. Local drivers whole other pay scale bro. Oh I didn't mention the "ACCOMODATIONS" during orientation. they have "APARTMENTS" at the terminal. I didn't want to put my things down in there. OMG! Then they put me in this apartment with a NUT JOB, who according to her, is going to kick my ###?? NOT! This place is a JOKE not a JOB!
