    Hi

I am looking to possibly sign on with these guys in NJ. Wondering if anybody can give me some insight into their operation. The recruiter told me I can expect around $165k gross which should leave me a take home of around $85k Does this sound right? Can I do better than that?

    thanks

Are you running local? $165 is Low unless you are local.

If you want to stay northeast try Dana! I have a few friends that run for them and make more then that. they only stay out about 7-10 days.

    Dave R Thanks this.

How do you get in touch with recruiting at Quality Carriers?

A few months ago, I called them, pressed whatever button for the Southeast recruiter, got voicemail, left voicemail. Days went by without them returning my call, decided to call back and maybe get in touch with the Gulf Coast recruiter. Same results. I then left an e-mail on the QC website for recruiting. Results have not changed.

They continue to advertise for drivers for a little terminal not too far from me. How are they going to fill the needed positions if they don't return calls, e-mails, etc.

I suppose I should stop by the little terminal and speak with whomever might be there?

It makes me wonder if I were a driver for them, would it be that difficult to contact someone in the office, should the need arise.

Funny you bring that up.... I have a Quality 15 minutes from me in Richmond Ca, went in there to try and apply and was given their website and nothing else (the 2 ladies in there were too busy gossiping and looked at me like I was disturbing them!)

Thanks Slim. I have not submitted an application and that may be why the lack of response.

Its a pretty lengthy (or maybe im just new to filling out online trucking apps) application too! From what i read on here though if you have all endorsements and twic, you should get a response
