    Most of the companies are going to have high insurance from what I can see. You can try JBS carriers my company and we have some pretty good insurance, but not so much team freight from I see, but I'm solo and there are some teams here, but I would stick to the companies for sure who are known for going coast to coast like US express, and covenant. IWX and CTI you can probably look into as well not sure if they hire in your area or if they hire rookies.
