I see them now and then. Just never talked. They look to have ok equipment, guess I haven't seen one of the ex-warner trucks yet.

Overall I like A&R pretty well although there has been a fair amount of learning with them. I've most kinds of freight and this has been one of the more challengeing ones o pick-up on. That being said, I'm getting better at it every week. Overall I like the company alot ,they have treated me preety good. I'm home every weekend and usually a few times through the week. I see that you live in Cleveland,I've loaded at ourterminal there 3 times and everybody there was super to work with and real helpful.

Awesome. So far they sound like a pretty good company. I'll probably turn in an application to them in about four years once I have my three years under my belt. Haha.

So how is the freight challenging? Is it just that certain type of trailer? I know they have some pretty advanced looking trailers.

The hardest part for me has been learning how to load. Almost all all of our loads are vacoom loaded out of railcars and it just takes practice to get your weight distribution right. But like I said earlier it'sgetting easier every week.:biggrin_25523:

Last night I saw an A & R truck with a high roof for the first time in my life yesterday...and it was ugly as heck. Haha. It was a Freightliner Classic, and was probably one of those ex-Werner trucks that Wizard aforementioned.
