My new adventure with Gordon Trucking

I have to say most of my driving is during the day. Sometimes I start out early oike 5 or 6 am but not to often. most of the time its between 7 and 9 am. Anyways i did 590 miles today and stopped early to get a shower at the Flying J by Omaha Neb. Will drop this load in north paltte ne tomorrow. Hope to get a PP heading west.

I've often considered that...until I think about poking myself in the eye from time to time!

 

WOOHOO finally broken out the midwest deadlock!!! A thoroughly crappy start to the day yesterday....load in Robinson wasn't ready and then got deleted...after much wailing and gnashing of teeth got a load that a team dropped in Pontoon and headed to Ogden then quick turnaround to Chehalis,WA.....from f-all miles to 2,000 in 3 1/2 days!!!

 

Well..I am about to go home and take a couple days vacation... nothing has gone right since I came out on the 30th.

less than 4k miles for 2.weeks.and nothing over 700..the load I got yesterday was a 4 stop staples almost 700 but the final.stop closed before I could get there. Turns out this run was supposed to run on saturday but was delayed do to weather and there was no way I could get here any quicker. Only stopped once to go to restroom. Store closes at 6 on sundays and I got there at 1809...
will deliver in the morning.... was.told customer service would call and let them know I was coming but never happened...
Unless I get something west of the rockies tomorrow I am going home. Maybe we can do better with a fresh start after I come back out.

 

That sucks Tow. After I finished in north platte Ne I told them nothing going east in my eta and on a free-form msg. Even called them and told them the same thing by phone. Got a load of dog food in denver. Now Im in snowville UT going to albany or for tuesday After that no idea. I have 22 hours left until Wednesday. Might have 5 left after this is done.

Even with the weather out here I would still rather be west than midwest

 

In Rock Springs now after a couple of long days...drop @ hershey's in ogden then pick up straight from there to got to Chehalis,WA for delivery Wednesday morning. From 1,300 miles last week to 2,500 by Wednesday this!!! Hoping this will continue at least until I head home!!!

 

Sitting in sparks will leave at 0200 to make del in Livingston then grabbing a load in Tracy to relay in Medford then get to wait for them to do a complete
