Value is a tricky thing but it's what the market will bear. Talk to your bank ask them the loan value etc.

whatever someone is willing to pay for your truck i suppose.
I have seen some people ask what I thought was way too much, to them it was right on.

I was going to suggest the same thing about jumping on truckpaper and checking similar trucks
