    Reefers run 24/7/364

Food products are not their only source of income.

Medical supplies, shrubs, cosmetics, etc all need to be in a temp controlled environment.

There are always dry goods when other stuff slows.

and you can always find a load with a refer. As stated above you can put dry van freight in a refer also!

"NoSoup4u" refer trls are'nt bad at all. They are not hard to learn how to operate and they give you plenty of options for freight. The biggest thing is as posted earlier make sure you don't load too heavy in the front as the unit itself adds approx. 1500 to 1800lbs to the front of the trl and all this weight goes to your drives. I hope this helps with your question. Good Luck:biggrin_25515:

The best advice I can give "NoSoup4U" is, if your going to pull a refer and do the grocery thing, make dam sure they got you covered when it comes to lumpers. There's nothing worse than runnin 800 miles overnight just to bump the dock and have to get back there and throw freight around for another 2 to 3 hours. I know it sounds like a dream come true, but believe me it will happen if you let it. If any other driver has pulled them and they're honest they will say the samething. I'm not tryin to talk you out of it just giving you a heads up on what to expect. It's really not a bad gig if the company backs you up. It will definently keep you busy and you'll cover alot of ground in a short period of time. Hopefully this answers some questions. Keep us posted and Good Luck!!
