Its only recording/saving when the red and green light flash intermittently. When its solid red, that just means an event was saved and it stays red until the event is downloaded around 0100.
Oliver2, glad George found another carrier! Where's he headed to?

if you edit your log at all there goes the bonus
while on paper logs I got all the bonuses
after elogs never got one
although my name was always posted at the top of the stairs
as one of the best drivers
you can not win with this lease program
if you can not resist the temptation just lease for 6 months
so you get the lease completion bonus
I am still the only one to have posted actual settlements
I would assume all the other lease people on here are just too embarrassed by
what they allowed to happen to themselves
suppose you get 3 checks $800 $900 and $1000
looks good avg $900/week
fourth week you drive 1400 miles take 4 days HT -$300
your avg just went to $600/week
the company guy @ $.30/mile still made $420 that week and was home
CAN I BE ANY CLEARERPanhandle flash, oliver2, HometimeQueen and 1 other person Thank this. -
Does the light go off for the speed trigger? I am not sure that it does, I think they light system is only for some type of "impact", for the cam data. For speed it just uploads your all of the days info and the "trigger" comes into play when they compare it to the speed limit database. I very much could be wrong but I thought that is how it worked.
One phone call for me, 77 in a 65. -
that is pretty fast in a 62 mph truck

The light triggers for speed. So if youre doing 60 through a 50 more interested in fishing drinks out of your fridge and changing the radio than paying attention to speed zones, TransAm will get a good look at your jump seat gymnastics. This was confirmed the second time I triggered it in about ten minutes for speeding. It was a coupke days before wr got the message about it recordng speedng and Chris Mendoza said I mustve known what I was doing cause I was looking straight at the camera. I said "I wasnt looking at thr camera because I was guilty, we didnt know about speed triggering it yet, so I was trying to figure out what was possessing the stupid camera. But as for the speeding, yeah I knew what I was doing. I planned on opening the truck up on those hills the minute I was dispatched on the load!" Cant do it anymore.
The hills on US78 in Alabama were the only place I could get the truck to go 82. ;___; Did it once in my 700 and thrn decided that going that fast loaded made my butthole pucker and I chickened out and started sloeing down before I could try and see what the fastest I could go was.

Wisconsin!
Next Thursday his six month lease is up!
The new company is getting him a rental car to drive up for a four day orientation.
he has to turn his truck in at Olathe, and was wondering where the orientation motel is there, because he started at Rockwall.
Anybody know the address?
ThanksHometimeQueen Thanks this. -
If he needs to stay a night in Olathe, tell him to go to the La Quinta in the mall parking lot. Have him ask the hotel for the TransAm rate which is only like $35 a night. Nice rooms.

Congrats to you and George, oliver2! Best of luck in the new job!
-
Only a handful of places in TransAm area of operations I can do that (that one was in Alabama). One spot in in Pennsylvania, I can get 'er up to 81, thank you very much. Errr...that is I used to be able to, I will be a good boy from now on.
