Starting orientation in Springfield, MO on Jan. 14th

Good luck with everything wesleyadams. I'll be heading up there in 2 weeks to start.

 

The only way you get to see the millennium building before Friday is if you drive to springmo yourself and have to park your car in longterm .

 

If you get there on a Monday I recommend going to walmart for some food and snacky stuff. (Bread and basic sammy stuff, perhaps some crackers and/or chips) wallyworld is also good for those things you may have forgotten, like personal hygiene stuff.

 

When you're in classes keep your phone off, not silent or vibrate but off (o-f-F off) there was a guy who I was in orientation with who actually got up during a lecture and left the classroom to answer his phone . The instructor met him at the door and told him goodbye. ( just advice please don't take it the wrong way)

 

Wow talk about brain dead lol. See them in every orientation class though smh.

 

Back when I first started at Maverick in '03 the owner of the company was talking to us in orientation,everyone was forewarned NO CELL PHONES ON PERIOD! lol. Well sure enough someones phone rings and as if that wasnt bad enough the d.a. answered it! Needless to say after lunch break we didnt see him in class anymore lol.
