If you can't get ahold of them by phone just imagine what its going to be like if you drive for them.CRENGLAND has got the most worst reputation in the entire industry. If you don't believe me just take a gander at the thousands upon thousands of posts and threads about how bad this company is.

I just left them. A little less than a month ago. They aren't terrible, but the recruiter had told me A LOT of OUTDATED information which led me to decide not to work for them. First of all when they tell you "if you drive the light weight truck you'll get paid .45 cpm" that's true but what the recruiter didn't mention that "lightweight"=Small. Small as in you reach backwards from the driver seat and you can touch the bed. There are no cabinets, the only storage space of worth is under the bed. The passenger seat is removed to give you a little more room. You'll have to be out on the road a minimum of 3 weeks in that. Driving this lightweight truck is mandatory for Company drivers. Now if you ask and put your foot down they will give you a regular sized sleeper but you won't get the .45. They will tell you that you might have to wait awhile for another truck and convince you that everybody including married couples love the smaller truck, which most likely a lie. I know married couples are close, but staying in a truck that small might put a strain on anybody's marriage. Plus if everybody love that coffin of a truck, why do they have so many of them in the yard? Plus you have to maintain a mpg of 7.25 average to stay employed. What made me do a 180 turn was the fact that the trucks Prime has have On-guard in them, and that was the first question I asked the recruiter when I called. She had told me no. Since I had a neck, shoulder strain from the On-Guard collision sensor, I will not drive a truck that has that sensor on there.

I don't know what kind of physical shape u are in but how about local delivery (pepsi, coke, milk, Keebler cookies) anything that will require you to drive a tractor-trailer just a thought
