actually it turned out to be an easier departure than I thought, I distrust the management above my dispatcher than the dispatcher himself, he was cool about things and kicked in a little extra for that lost trailer adventure...I think there was at least 3-4 other people there waiting for rides to the bus station and airport that were leaving that day.so, on to something that seems to be a better arrangement with an old company that's been asking for me to return, and from what ive heard they managed to get their mojo back...

 

That is called libel. Slander is when they tarnish your reputation using the spoken word.

 

Lots of stuff in your little manifesto. At least stop using plurals to make it sound like there are a lot of drivers that Prime "screwed" on their DAC report. The legal finding from this particular case ruled in favor of one driver. Just one driver. I drove for Prime. I now have my own authority and own my own truck. Never in training was I asked to lease nor were any of the other drivers that were in my class. It seems you don't like your opinions which are not "facts" challenged especially when it comes to IP, Silent Eagle, etc. It just so happens that they, like me, are and have been successful operating in Prime's lease program and that seems to bother you. I am glad you are done arguing your point because most of what you have said is pointless. It is funny how posters have no problem libeling a company when they aren't using their real name. Remember, libel is an intentional written defamation. You know what they say about opinions......

 

We congratulate you on your rare success with prime many others have not been so fortunate we take it according to their track record ...they don't have much integrity ,surely their thinking will become futile and will seal their own fate

 

Been hearing BS like that for years. Prime keeps chugging along much to the annoyance of so many around here.
