I emailed mine but have no clue if they got it. Tried calling the number but all I got was a busy signal. Did u stop at the drivers license first?

Can't remember if went to the dmv figuring all I had to do was give them a copy. She handed me a sheet with instructions with how to send them via fax, email, or snail mail. But I never got a confirmation they got it. And the number they listed to call is always busy.
-
I got my med card renewed in January 2013. Had to take the form in to dmv after physical. They stamped my med card. Does anyone know if this counts as self certify or is there more I have to do? I'm in California.
-
brother, it's state by state. I live in GA, took my med card and DL to the DMV, she fooled with it for a bit, scanned both and handed it back to me and said, "you're good to go"....soooooooooo, I'm hoping all is well because they don't give you a receipt or anything.....kinda like Moose....uh, I guess I did it.
We'll all find out soon enough I guess -
faxed mine in Ohio, didn't get any type of confirmation either. So I called BMV they checked my info said I was good to go.

Busy day... wow.
Just got up here to Carlisle.
GPS rolled over 100k miles today! Was pretty excited to see that.
Started out the day bobtailing from home to the Charlotte OC. Had to message in to have my preassignments resent to my Qualcomm cause neither assignments were showing up. Finally got that taken care of.
Get to Charlotte. Look for a trailer. BRAND new TA148XXX trailer, hell yeah I'm gonna lookin good goin down the road with that one.
Nope, can't get out the gate with it. Not even in the system yet.
Ok, go look for more trailers, pickings kinda slim for anything TA1XXXXX or newer. Find one, hook up. Everything checks out. Tandems too far back. Go to slide them. Nope, everythings jammed up, can't even pull the handle out. Come on.
Ok, on to the TA94XXXX trailers. Find one, hook up. Checks out OK. To the gate. "Its not on you" he says. OMG.
Back up from gate, call to have it put on me. "Its TA9somethingsomethingsomething8 right?" No, 6. "Oh, hang on. I can't put it on you the computer won't let me, are you sure its not 8?" Yes, I'm sure its not 8 I'm looking at it in my mirror right here. (this goes on for 5 minutes I kid you not).
Finally give up, go drop that trailer. Find another trailer, like literally the last one in the entire Charlotte yard. Its got wheels. Good enough. Call in. Have it put on me. Make it out the gate, 2 hours after arriving. Make appointment with 30 minutes to spare.
THE GOOD NEWS: Expected 35k load. Actual? 4.8k... LOL. EASY.
Back to Charlotte. Get IFTA stickers. Ask for help with the license/medical card linking. Fuel desk guy says to ask the OSRs. Grumpy OSRs tell me to ask Lee. Lee is extremely helpful and helps me out and throws the envelope in the mail. Done.
7 hours 45 minutes left on the 14. 463ish miles to Carlisle OC. ITS HAMMER TIME.
Pass everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. I was passing 4 wheelers going up Fancy Gap. I love this Cummins. Made good time, good fuel mileage probably not so much.
Made it to Carlisle, tried to do my Violation and Review. But I can't, because I can't look up the 2 dates that I need to look up (citation for expired IFTA sticker on my first week solo and my fairing accident in my driveway) since I'm an IC now and Crossroads is totally different.
Got told to call Regulatory and they can help, of course only during business hours.
Ok, no problem, I'll at least do my first quarter sustainment training. Nope, can't do that either, because the website is throwing a permissions error.
Give up, return to truck.
JUST ONE OF THOSE DAYS.
But, that's OK. Still really excited to have reached 100k miles. Tomorrow I'll wake up (eventually) and make my delivery 10 miles from the OC. Then I'll come back to the OC and screw around here most of the day and maybe try to get something accomplished since tonight was pretty unsuccessful. Eventually I'll leave for Greensboro NC and either make it there tomorrow night or the next day, got a little time on that load.Grijon Thanks this. -
Congrats on the 100k. In my 14 months as a company driver I did 128k and change. Four more weeks to kill at home until choice, been here five weeks already. Itching to drive again!
