    So my question is:

Are there companies out there that would give a new licensee a Dedicated route position?

You would probably have better luck playing the lottery...

US Xpress will. So will CRST but you would have to team there.

Have a friend that works for a chain store in the New England area called Cumberland Farms. He has mentioned though it can be tough at times

I agrees some days you wanna punch yourself in the face. Some weeks I only do 1000 miles but 40 stores. Some weeks 2300 miles and 15 stores. I am home daily and make very good money. I started there straight out of school but I had military experience. They counted my experience but payroll started me as a student until I proved myself
