Dfo, what type of business are you set up under? LLC?
Do you consider other load boards like "Right now loads.com,"?
I appreciate your feedback, its a big factor in considering company vs lease and whether I pursue this at all.

Customer service needs to get their heads out of their #####. They've been screwing up a lot recently and I was a squeaky wheel on that subject.

So I started reading this thread this morning because my hubby is looking at doing the lease choice with Schneider and like a good secretary I was doing research. Now I am pretty sure it has just become for entertainment. Thank you DFO for all of the info and the laughs you have provided me with.

    Wheelwell Thanks this.

Up in the Carlisle OC tonight... woo gonna be a fun ride tomorrow morning with 5k in the box and the predicted snow. Still got 40 miles to go to my delivery in York, PA, then another pickup about 30 miles away, 5klbs again headed south. Weather could really screw this all up though, guess all I can do is wait till morning and see how it looks. Really don't want to be out playing in the snow and ice with a nearly empty trailer.

Depending on how the weather looks tomorrow, I may stop back through Carlisle on the way down south... gotta have this dropped in York by 8am, then live load at 11am in Middletown, so if I come back through the OC it'll probably be early afternoon.

Not always csr, shipper may not have a empty to load, driver got there to soon so they live loaded them, didn't want product sitting on the yard hoping sni sends some one soon. Those are what I run into most.

The 3 or 4 times I've had load issues in the last month has been because CS didn't update DBLs on load schedule or didn't call to reschedule loads which once had me sitting for 14 hours and once for 38 hours. Just my experiences.
