Anyone out there work for Roehl or Conway? I have my options narrowed down between the two and was wondering if anyone had any insite about them? I am currently still in school graduating next week. Thanks in advance

Some people last as long as 3 years at Conway before getting burned out or realizing the days of moving up in the company are over for quite some time.

Thank you . I am leaning more towards them because I'm not to sure about driving flatbed all across the nation but I figured id ask the people that are out in the industry

Lots of Con-way info here: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/con-way/

Lots of Roehl information on their forums, just gotta look it up. Guaranteed every question you can think of has been addressed there.
Also, Roehl doesn't do strictly flatbed, they have van and reefer as well.
Good luck to ya, but do some research on your own first before you make everyone here hate you for asking the same questions that have already been answered. -
Let me make it simple for you...
Wanna be home more than a couple days a month? Go roehl
Wanna live in the truck and occasionally take a day off wherever? Go Conway.
Hope this helps -
Roehl Has good home time options, That I have to give them.
