I started working for them at the beginning of the year. I could probably help you out with some information. What are you wanting to know? By far one of the coolest trucking jobs I've had. Very challenging but very rewarding.

Pecentage pay increases over longevity. Last I heard Mrs. Lilly was wanting to get rid of % pay. But also keep in mind the rates needed to move what we haul when we're often overweight with permits. They also offer salary as well which is the route I took.

You're on "training pay" for the first 90 days which is also a flat rate. After about a year I was told by a few other drivers Lilly will pay up to $250 or $300 per month (can't remember) for whatever insurance plane you find yourself. I haven't confirmed that with the office yet though.
