Carroll Fulmer Logistics of Groveland, FL

If you haven't realized, most loads require appointments to be dropped and 9 times out of 10 the driver will call in his Dispatch to ask if the appointment can be moved up earlier...and generally it can be...but in most cases it cant simply because that customer has certain times it has to be there..you have to look at time frames on when the place is open or closed..you have to look at places like Wal-Mart and sam's club who generally only take in freight at night and not during the day...That's just an example, its not that they don't wanna run..Its because they are held over by hours or even by days to have their delivery there on that schedule...Now im not saying, that always happens but it does happen.. and yes some drivers are lazy..But a majority aren't lazy, and some can run like the wind if you allow them...I think I had one good week with Carroll Fulmer, when I literally begged my DM to let me take a load to California and another one back to texas from California..I drawed a very fat paycheck..and I begged him to let me do it again..but I know, if you ask a favor you have to return a favor and I did a 100 times over. but to be stuck in the northeast where theres nothing but tolls? believe me, that little money for advancement they give you begins to run out very quickly once you get up there..and then you have to beg for more and then they want you to run more up in there and use your own money to get out of there as a company driver? That's not going to happen...A driver shouldn't have to use his own paycheck to get out from there unless he's an owner operator or if he or she is leasing.. that was my biggest argument with them, and not to mention giving me poor directions on how to get to a customer..They gave me directions to a place that nearly landed me into a subdivision that it was at somebody's house..and they did that a lot...so that will tell you how poor they are about giving directions...So will you run with Carroll Fulmer? yes you can...but you'll be making 500 bucks a week and that isn't money...what I make now, has tripled compared to these big name companies...and I also do it "legal" according to DOT and safety...Cause my Safety director doesn't care as long as the log is legit

 

NO not a recruiter just looking for some straight line logic but it is kinda funny to be called names by newbies and yes I do mean allbidness and SS2

 

Then Tell us all Dale, What sort of Straight Logic are you implying? because you couldn't have gotten so many feedback from just not only us...but from others in here as well and the way I see it...Its been pretty negative replies about the company...So I guess I that tells you right there how bad the company is

 

well let me explain straight line logic on page 4 of this thread allbidness opens his post with CF is a good company now in a straight line the rest of his post would explain why he thought that BUT NNNNOOOOO he then rants for a paragraph on bad things that lead him to quit so I kinda think it is a detour off the straight line

 

Then SS2 if you go back and read your post on 7/4/13 it seemed kinda flowery about CF, now I never posted anything positive about CF but you thought I was a recruiter and trolling the thread just because I noticed a change of tone in your posts. Hope your new job goes well but maybe don't brag it up till you have been there a little longer than your stint at CF

So how can you call a company with such a High turn over rate...a good Company? and this is just a one Terminal Show here in Groveland.
The First day I was there, There was a Truck Driver literally getting out of his truck ready to charge after his DM with a tire thumper...
now how professional is that to show that kind of stuff in front the new hires...

 

UUUMMMMMMM your barking at the wrong guy please tell me when I posted anything positive about CF. Once more your post on the 1st page of this thread has that driver fishing for a recruitment bonus kinda flavor but it only took a few months for you to have a change of heart.
