    I was wondering if the one year requirement was total or since i have a reinstatement since then my recruiter never said anything does the swift recruiter do a backround check first

    My recruiter called after I put my app in online and said she had to pull my MVR from my home state and my DAC. She called me back later that day to say everything looked good and we talked about my work history a bit and set up an orientation date. Hope that helps and good luck.
