I have not used them yet. Still debating if I want to challenge it by myself or use them. I know I called dacfix and spoke to a gentleman. They will give you a discount by mentioning this site. Instead of the $149 its about $136. Which I think is still too high. Since I already have a copy of my DAC report. If it was like $99, I would have them do it for me. I also think for them to get a copy of your dac report is like $49. You can order the dac report yourself for $9.50 if you do meet USIS criteria for a free report. Just my opinion.......

You also can get a copy of your DAC free (well the price of a stamp and a copy of your drivers licens and social security card.)

I think it depends on what it is you want to challenge. Like stated above you can get a copy for free and if theie is things you don't agree with you send a copy back to DAC highlighting the problem give them your side of the story and they will investagate it. And either change it and send you a updated copy within 30 days.

I have had great success in doing it myself. But again not sure what you want to dispute:biggrin_2556:

ctually what I want to dispute is possibly a bad record Swift may have put on my DAC, I have a free coopy of my DAC coming, when I get it I will know what I need to do.

Back in November of 2007 I went to Swift orientation in Millington, Tn. I was sent home on the first day because I could not produce a urine sample (long story here) Anyways they said they were going to hit my DAC with a "refuse to test" which is not a very good thing to have on your DAC, I would like to get this taken off, if Swift actually did report it.

They could very well put on the DAC that you refused a drug screen which is not a good thing. It is the same as failing one. But then again they may not since you never really worked for them..

When you get your USIS employment report. It will be just that, a employment report. Included in your report will be a form you can fill out and send back to USIS for a drug and alcohol report. Why its not included with the employment report, I have no idea but its free when you send this form back with a copy of your DL's and SS card. I just got my USIS employment report. I also sent the drug and alcohol form to see what it is they report on there. I recieved that as well. It gives you all previous jobs and tell you DOT drug/alcohol violations: none in my case. Hope this helps you.......

If your not considered an employee they are not allowed to put anything on your DAC. I would definently be chekin into what if anything they reported. I've never heard of this "DAC-FIX" you talk about, I would definently like to learn more about it. Maybe you have a website or a phone number, if so please pm it to me. I have a friend that has been wanting to drive again but keeps getting shot down because of something on his DAC report. Thanx in advance for any help.
