how heavy is your set up

That's just about the truth.

Typically when loaded I stay around 3.5-4mpg, but have been down as low as 2.5mpg.

 

I'm a lightweight... 2012 KWt660 and a 2008 western 48' spread axle flat with a conastoga setup full of fuel and DEF right at 32,520

 

With my 53' Transcraft Combo step. 2011 Volvo 34,500lbs I've yet to weigh myself with this 48' benson flat

 

W900L 48x96 Ravens all aluminum, toolbox full of straps n ratchets. 8' tarps. Half tanks 28,700.

 

05 Volvo 780 w/06 XL 60 specialized RGN, 6 eight foot 1/2in chains n binders, 10 twenty-four foot 3/8in chains n binders. 6 40' long 4in straps, 4 3in 30' long straps. 6 stake pocket ratchets, 8 hand ratchets and misc clevises, pads, edge protectors...ect all in enclosed headache rack. 1 16x16 tarp, and 1 30x30 w/10' flap. and a BBQ grill n charcoal total weight 35k with 3/4 tanks

 

30,600 with a 48' Western curtain van. Full tanks, all gear, tire chains + an apu.

the Brokers still want 48,000#'s for Lumber.....I tell em' "NO" But they dont listen i cant haul 48k..They just "assume" flatbedders can haul that weight.
