the problem is not that. Brokers act obnoxiously with o/o's and anyone else they can take advantage of. I'm happy their bond was raised to 75,000 - although wish it was raised even higher. One friend is not paid for several loads he delivered. Another one is being taken advantage due to being a naturalized citizen with just so - so English language skills. Third is having an arbitrary 20% "deduction" for delivering the load late in early January - horrible weather all across US be ######. examples like this go on. truckers really suffer, some balance on the edge of bankruptcy due to such nasty and dirty games. So need referrals of a few good, proven collectors, who could, for a reasonable fee, collect the money.

I don't disagree with you there us a point I was getting at, which was when you take pictures when you load it and when you deliver, that is a really fast way to take the wind out of their sails.
being able to say "I have the pictures to prove it" tends to shut people up right quick and in a hurry. -
I understand what you mean, but the problem is not in the condition of the delivered loads - brokers in the real-life situations I've described never doubt or question the condition of the loads, and neither do the receivers, the BOL's, etc. They find other pretexts. So you can take photos and even video's as much as you'd like, but that won't help in these cases. What is needed is an experienced collections expert who can get the monies from these brokers without having to go through lawsuits and courts for months.
